Does your next move stack up?
You have decades of expertise and an idea for what comes next. The Encore Diagnostic tells you whether that idea works commercially, practically and personally, and exactly what to do before you spend serious time or money on it.

For experienced professionals deciding what to build next.
You might be leaving a senior role, already consulting, or weighing up a portfolio career. You know your expertise is valuable. What you don't yet know is whether the business you have in mind will turn it into the income and the life you want.
- You're considering consulting, fractional work, advisory, training or a productised service.
- You want an honest view before you invest in a website, a brand or a programme.
- You'd rather hear "not yet" now than discover it a year in.
The Encore Verdict: a 20 to 30 page report written about you.
Built from your answers, your scores and the way they combine. If someone else's name could replace yours and the report still worked, we haven't done our job.
It's built to tell you the truth.
Your overall score never decides the outcome on its own. A strong CV can't cover for missing evidence, and a viable business that recreates the job you wanted to leave isn't the right answer.
Thirty minutes of honest answers. A plan you can act on.
Answer the questions
Around 50 questions about your expertise, customers, evidence, economics and the life you want.
We analyse the combinations
Your answers run through the Encore framework: weighted scores, commercial gates and the patterns that separate a good idea from a good business.

Before you start
Do I need a fully formed business idea?
No. A rough idea is enough. Part of the diagnostic's job is to show you which version of your idea, if any, is worth pursuing.
How long does it take?
Most people finish in 20 to 30 minutes. Some questions ask you to describe things in your own words, and the more specific you are, the more specific your report will be.
Is the report really personalised?
Yes. The verdict, risks, business model and priorities are driven by your answers and how they combine. Two people with the same overall score can receive completely different recommendations.
How does this relate to The Encore Programme™?
The diagnostic tells you what to do. The Encore Programme is the 12-week programme that helps you do it. If you join within 14 days of your report, your £397 is credited in full.
Is this financial advice?
No. The diagnostic assesses the commercial readiness of a business idea. It doesn't give financial, legal or investment advice, and it won't recommend pension, borrowing or investment decisions.
Find out before you build.
Twenty to thirty minutes now could save you a year on the wrong business.
